About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support players across tombola’s Danish territory by responding to customer service queries
- Host game chat rooms and create friendly, engaging conversations
- Welcome new players and keep conversations going through quizzes and games
- Provide advice and guidance on games, promotions and site changes
- Help players access further support when needed
- Build knowledge of tombola websites, promotions and games
- Participate in the Daily Task Rota, including verifications, winner processing, escalations, referrals, failed transactions and social media support
- Respond promptly while meeting response times, quality standards and performance expectations
- Respond thoughtfully when players raise concerns or show signs of risk
- Recognise safer gambling triggers and follow processes to provide appropriate support
- Represent social campaigns
- Share ideas to improve the customer experience
- Bring tombola’s values to life in everyday work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in Danish is essential, including the ability to read, write and speak Danish confidently
- Great communication and people skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and use accurate grammar and language
- A friendly, helpful approach and a passion for giving customers a great experience
- Ability to manage different tasks and organise your workload
- Confidence working in a busy environment and moving between tasks
- Practical approach to solving problems, with confidence to ask for support when needed
- Self-motivation and willingness to work together and support teammates
- Openness to feedback and enthusiasm for learning
- Confidence using everyday computer tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Availability for shifts Monday to Sunday, between 12pm and 8pm, including one day at the weekend
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- UK-based work eligibility implied by the UK remote arrangement
