About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle incidents discovered through standard monitoring or external customer requests according to company processes
- Handle customer concerns through tickets
- Handle customer requests via ticketing system or email
- Monitor organisational infrastructure and applications via monitoring tools and email
- Provide first-level support and acknowledge customer requests
- Escalate alarms and issues on time to the next level
- Generate reports and provide updates to organisational stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics or computer engineer)
- 0–1 years of relevant experience in Telecom/IT industry
- Linux – Basic/Intermediate Level (CLI)
- SQL – Basic/Intermediate Level
- Knowledge of Database– SQL, ORACLE
- Basic Knowledge of Telecom (GSM, Mobile Networks)
- 0–1-year experience as a Tier 1/Tier 2 support engineer
- Basic Operating system and MS Office Application knowledge
- Ability to work 24*7 shifts
