About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support customer adoption, training, content development, demonstrations, and workflow enablement across Topcon's Reality Capture, Mobile Scanning, LiDAR, Scan-to-BIM, Scan-to-Civil, Digital Layout, BIM, and Digital Construction solutions
Serve as a customer-facing resource for dealers, customers, sales teams, training initiatives, and technical events
Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and in-person training
Support customer onboarding, workflow adoption, and customer success initiatives
Conduct workflow workshops and webinars
Deliver product demonstrations and support field days, trade shows, technical events, Proof of Concept activities, Technical Xperience, and industry conferences
Develop and maintain eLearning courses, training videos, user guides, quick reference guides, workflow documentation, sales support materials, and knowledge base articles
Provide workflow guidance related to Reality Capture, Mobile Mapping, Mobile LiDAR, Laser Scanning, Scan-to-BIM, Scan-to-Civil, BIM Workflows, Digital Layout, Construction Verification, and Field-to-Finish Workflows
Support company AI initiatives through training content preparation, AI-ready workflow documentation, prompt and content development, and educational content generation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in one or more of the following: Surveying, Geomatics, GNSS, Total Stations, Construction Layout, BIM, Civil Engineering Technology, Reality Capture, Mobile Mapping, LiDAR, Scanner, CAD Software, or ESRI Software
Preferred exposure to AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Point Cloud Workflows, and Digital Construction Processes
Ability to deliver instructor-led, virtual, and in-person training
Ability to develop eLearning courses, training videos, user guides, quick reference guides, workflow documentation, sales support materials, and knowledge base articles
Up to 50% travel
