About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Onboard Microsoft Word documents into the Quinn platform and prepare files for production
- Run document cleanup processes, apply style tagging, and validate formatting accuracy
- Generate, review, and troubleshoot document proofs to identify and resolve formatting or production issues
- Support clients with document edits, platform questions, and issue resolution
- Participate in document set-up, optimization, and ongoing maintenance activities
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Production Design, Proxy, and other cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for platform enhancements and new releases
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Document Services team
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree in Business or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ year of advanced Microsoft Word, document production, desktop publishing, or related experience preferred
- Strong understanding of document styles, formatting, proof review, and print production concepts
- Experience in a client-facing, customer service, or support-oriented environment
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve formatting and document production issues
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with HTML, XPP, disclosure documents, legal document services, publishing, or typesetting is a plus
- Ability to work the specified shift schedules and on-call weekends once a month
