About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support senior team members in delivering operational excellence for tour itineraries and packages
- Coordinate logistics and book accommodations, transport, and activities
- Contact Tour Leaders regularly during tours to adjust programs and solve problems
- Double-check and prepare final travel documents and send them to clients
- Assist with client inquiries and provide information and support
- Cross-check data across systems to ensure quotes are updated correctly
- Support team data-entry needs across the operational cycle
- Make administrative changes as directed by the Tour Leader
- Monitor payment conditions and invoice accuracy and timeliness
- Report delays to the DM, supervisor, or Tour Leader
- Provide support or cover for other departments when needed
- Participate in emergency phone duties
- Engage in on-the-job training and learning opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for the travel and tourism industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Relevant education or coursework is a plus
- Specific language skills may be required depending on market
- High level of written and spoken English
- Good computer skills
- Fluency with Microsoft Office package
- Based in Copenhagen, Denmark
- Overtime may be required during high season
