About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate bookings and request services from suppliers
- Book and plan all services according to itineraries
- Create and check itineraries for feasibility and conformity with clients’ publications
- Handle amendments, cancellations and rooming lists for group bookings
- Work with hotels, tour guides, coach companies and other partners
- Issue correct documentation, including vouchers and travel documents, on time
- Maintain direct contact with clients, partners and suppliers
- Prepare and calculate quotes for client requests when needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Very good written and spoken English
- Good communication skills
- Quick learner, flexible and a good team player
- Accurate working style
- Studies in tourism are a plus
- Relevant experience in another company is a plus
