About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete fleet administration tasks including Business Post, Fines Management, vehicle relicensing, Cherished Plate Management, MID updates, and Recall Notification Management
- Keep fleet vehicles legal through MID, tax, insurance, and annual renewal administration
- Process high volumes of driver fines according to customer terms and conditions
- Work quickly and accurately against KPIs and set goals
- Process fines, discuss challenges with the team, and collaborate with internal departments to obtain required information
- Identify process improvement opportunities and make recommendations
- Communicate effectively through verbal and other channels while complying with KINTO regulations, policies, and standards
- Manage workflows that keep fleet vehicles legal and support customer satisfaction and expectations
- Take ownership of work and develop expertise through training, upskilling, and cross-skilling
- Participate in regular 1:1s, objective setting, coaching, and performance management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Required to undergo and successfully obtain Enhanced Security Clearance, including verification of employment history, family background, and financial records
- Great attention to detail
