About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist customers who have reported vehicle damage, from major road traffic accidents to minor car park scrapes
  • Ensure vehicles are repaired and returned to the road quickly
  • Help keep customers mobile during the repair process
  • Make challenging situations as smooth and stress-free as possible for customers
  • Make high-quality calls and take ownership of problems through to resolution
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all roles within the Accident Team
  • Identify improvement opportunities (kaizens) and suggest process enhancements
  • Manage a busy inbox alongside demanding customer calls
  • Capture large volumes of information quickly and accurately
  • Manage time effectively to follow up on repairs and complete tasks between calls

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • All KINTO-UK Ltd employees must undergo and successfully obtain Enhanced Security Clearance, including verification of employment history, family background, and financial records
  • Excellent customer services experience
  • Excellent attention to detail; ability to take down information quickly and accurately
  • Strong team player
