About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the production of Pricing MI to provide oversight on pricing activity to the Product & FV Forum and Pricing committee
  • Lead on the monitoring and reporting on retail performance of TFS plans
  • Lead on Fair Value (FV) assessment activity and build MI to support FV assessments across four brands and various products
  • Support management with ad hoc MI for escalation of pricing issues to the appropriate governance forum
  • Produce Wholesale MI to enable oversight and monitoring of portfolio performance and support management decision-making
  • Update and maintain policies and procedures in the area of responsibility
  • Work with Pricing team members to understand current MI and outputs and support analysis
  • Collaborate with Sales, Treasury, Customer Services, Legal and New Business
  • Review dashboards and KPI data to identify trends and messaging supporting business decisions
  • Own FV assessments, including annual statements supporting Senior Management FV attestation
  • Own Pricing MI for the Product & FV Forum and Pricing committee
  • Own pricing-related performance MI for management reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Part qualified management accountant with 2-3 experience of working in a Finance environment
  • Intermediate Excel, i.e. formulas, macros, pivot tables, graphs
  • Power BI experience an advantage
  • Proven track record in developing, preparing and delivering MI
  • Experience of regulated environment / consumer duty desirable
  • Exposure to Motor Industry desirable
  • Previous exposure to data warehouse environments desirable
  • Commercial awareness and understanding
  • Attention to detail and desire to own high quality output for presentation to senior management
  • Strong communicator – written and verbal
  • Logical / analytical mindset
  • Equal capability to be team player and collaborate across teams and also work independently, managing own workload
