Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in discovery sessions with the team, providing technical feasibility insights from the outset.
Develop prototypes and proofs of concept in short cycles to test hypotheses and quickly discard approaches that do not hold up.
Build automations, AI agents, and integrations using low-code, no-code, and custom development tools, such as Copilot Studio, n8n, Power Automate, and APIs.
Create and maintain the prompts, skills, and agents used in prototypes.
Validate prototypes with the team and generate evidence that the solution meets the need.
Document the technical requirements, limitations, and dependencies of each prototype to guide development of the final product.
Prepare handoff materials for the development teams responsible for building and supporting the solution.
Focus on prototyping and validation, without assuming ongoing support and maintenance of solutions in production.

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or a related field.
Experience developing automations and API-based integrations.
Proficiency with automation and agent orchestration tools, such as Power Automate, n8n, and Copilot Studio.
Python applied to automation and systems integration.
Programming logic and code versioning.
Familiarity with rapid prototyping and working in short experimentation cycles.
Ability to translate a solution design into a functional prototype.
Organized profile, with strong documentation discipline and thorough self-review.
Experience building AI agents and with prompt engineering.
Experience with RPA and integrating enterprise systems in a Microsoft environment.
Previous experience in legal or professional services environments.
Advanced English proficiency.
