About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in and lead public offerings of securities and debt transactions, including debenture issuances, commercial notes, securitization, project finance, equity transactions (IPOs and follow-ons), among others
- Draft agreements, security instruments, prospectuses, and other transaction documents
- Handle corporate and regulatory matters
- Organize proceedings before the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and B3
- Conduct legal due diligence in connection with the aforementioned transactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration
- Fluent English
- Experience in Capital Markets and Debt Markets preferred
- Position based in São Paulo, SP
