About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze customer processes and identify automation and Conversational AI opportunities
Develop voice and chatbot solutions as well as technical solution designs
Select and evaluate suitable Conversational AI platforms and technologies
Configure, test, and optimize prompts, dialogue flows, and bot performance
Integrate customer systems through APIs and interfaces
Implement technical requirements using JavaScript and Python
Support projects from technology evaluation through go-live
Create technical documentation and develop best practices and prompt libraries
Collaborate with customer IT teams, internal teams, and other stakeholders
Analyze customer requirements, identify AI opportunities, design solutions, and deliver hands-on technical implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a comparable technical field
3–5 years of professional experience as a Conversational AI Engineer, Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or in a comparable role
Experience implementing voice or chatbot solutions on widely used platforms
Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Conversational AI
Good knowledge of JavaScript and Python
Experience with APIs, system integration, and technical interfaces
Understanding of automation opportunities and customer processes
Experience in a customer experience (CX) or customer service environment is a plus
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work
Strong technical affinity and enthusiasm for exploring and advancing new technologies
