About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and advise customers via phone, email, and chat
Provide detailed information about products and services
Process inquiries and cases to ensure clear and successful resolution
Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the system
Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent and premium service
Work shifts generally scheduled with two days off per week
Work full-time shifts scheduled Monday–Saturday between 08:00 and 19:00

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent Italian proficiency at C2 level
English proficiency at C1 level is an advantage
Strong communication skills
Reliability and commitment
Willingness to learn
Ability to work in a team
Good computer literacy
Stable internet connection for remote work with minimum 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds
Antenna routers and 5G routers are strictly prohibited
Permanent residence in Bosnia and Herzegovina is required for home office employment
