About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and advise customers via phone, email, and chat
Provide detailed information about products and services
Process inquiries and cases to ensure clear and successful resolution
Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the system
Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent, premium service
Act as the primary point of contact for a premium Swiss client within the Nestlé Group

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent Italian proficiency at C2 level
English skills at C1 level are an advantage
Strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment
Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
Good computer literacy
Stable internet connection for remote work with minimum 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds
Antenna routers and 5G routers are strictly prohibited
Permanent residence in Bosnia and Herzegovina is strictly required for home office employment
Availability for shifts scheduled Monday–Saturday between 08:00 and 19:00
Ability to attend 4-week onboarding at the Sarajevo office
