About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist insurance customers by phone and in writing with service-related inquiries
- Process customer inquiries in the area of liability insurance
- Independently identify suitable solutions and ensure a positive customer experience
- Accurately record and maintain customer data in the relevant systems
- Use customer-specific IT systems confidently and reliably
- Collaborate with a supportive team in day-to-day operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Insurance knowledge is required
- Relevant insurance qualification or professional background
- Training in the insurance sector, qualification as an insurance specialist (IHK), a comparable insurance-related qualification, or relevant, demonstrable professional experience in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of liability insurance is desirable
- Very good written and spoken German
- Confident use of PCs and various IT systems
- Experience in data entry is desirable
- Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on a shift basis
