Traackr

Cloud Engineer

• Take high-complexity delivery and tooling work from concept to production, often as the only engineer.
• Lead design discussions for build, test, and deployment systems; author architecture documents or RFCs.
• Own CI/CD pipelines end to end, including migration from Jenkins to GitHub Actions, performance improvements, automation, caching, repeatable releases, and rollback paths.
• Own developer environments and internal tooling, including local setup, standardized environments, CLIs, and scripts.
• Embed with engineering teams to identify and fix workflow friction.
• Build AI into development workflows for code review, testing, refactoring, and internal search.
• Drive incident response for the delivery toolchain and own post-mortem follow-ups.
• Measure build times, deployment frequency, and developer onboarding time before and after changes.
• Plan cross-team rollouts, manage dependencies, negotiate scope, lead migrations, and write documentation and runbooks.
• Mentor engineers on tooling, testing, and delivery practices through code review, pairing, and design feedback.
• Own how Traackr engineers build, test, and ship CI/CD pipelines, delivery infrastructure, developer environments, and test automation.
