About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with clients to support strategic planning and roadmaps.
Drive execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives and key projects.
Create and deliver programs and plans to maximize adoption.
Leverage expertise in technology platforms and solutions, change management, business processes, system designs, and data architecture.
Understand clients’ business-centric issues and design solutions that achieve desired outcomes.
Own and lead project/program workstreams, including status, timelines, communication, resource coordination, and planning.
Analyze project dimensions to identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, and present findings through compelling presentations.
Monitor and communicate project status, issues, and risks to internal teams and clients.
Provide customer service support for project resources and management.
Assist in developing strategies for complex technical challenges.
Establish effective working relationships with clients.
Contribute to personal and team technical acumen.
Participate in business development activities to identify and research opportunities for new and existing clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 4 years of management consulting experience, preferably at a technology or consulting company.
Experience in program management, change management and continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of Information Technologies and how a services organization works.
Ability to listen, build rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner within business units; able to build bridges across teams and job functions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment.
Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment.
Strong ability to operate independently.
Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) with intermediate level Excel skills.
Strong business acumen, analytical skills, in-depth Operational knowledge and strong passion in consulting industry.
Experience in an Agile environment required.
Highly motivated with a positive attitude with strong administration, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
