About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review new item records that need to be validated
  • Populate necessary business unit and financial attributes in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper classification of item attributes, including tax classification, practice area, and type
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of internal item records and complete necessary revisions
  • Provide guidance to internal teams on resolving item-related variances
  • Review, process, and fulfill market development fund orders
  • Review new invoices uploaded to vendor/distributor portals daily and create item fulfillments based on those invoices
  • Assist Sales Operations Specialists with weekly backlog reviews
  • Review and process drop ship orders through the ERP platform when backup coverage is needed
  • Problem-solve discrepancies and recommend solutions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills required for interacting with employees, vendors and clients
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment
  • Ability to approach customer and sales requests with a proactive and consultative manner
  • Ability to listen and understand user requests and needs and effectively deliver
  • Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities
  • Ability to meet deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment
