About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain close, continuous support of assigned accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct systematic customer contact, training activities, and implementation of new program requirements
  • Identify growth opportunities through increased use of Track Group’s products and services
  • Provide programmatic assistance to help customers operate effective programs
  • Develop and deliver presentations and ongoing training on Track Group’s equipment and software products
  • Identify and evaluate customer training needs and conduct follow-up training
  • Complete, update, and maintain customer contact information
  • Coordinate new sales opportunities with the Sales Representative
  • Assist Monitoring Center and CSS with host site technical support, training, and follow-up training identification
  • Develop relationships with key customer contacts, including Officers, Agents, Program Managers, and Directors
  • Provide user assistance and follow up on incidents requiring resolution
  • Use internal programs to report incoming calls and equipment/software issues
  • Assist with billing administration, price corrections, and credits with management approval
  • Provide product performance feedback to Customer Service Director and Support
  • Maintain customer files, equipment utilization and complaint documentation, and inventory levels
  • Assist with customer satisfaction surveys and follow through on problem areas
  • Provide monthly activity, growth, inventory, operational issue, field visit, training, objective, and expense reports
  • Provide 24-hour support for assigned accounts by phone or email when required
  • Conduct daily on-site visits to all County entities
  • Assist Inventory Manager with agency device needs and supervise All Point Security Services
  • Create and provide exception reports to customers to ensure efficient software use
  • Report to the Chief Revenue Officer

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven work experience in higher sales position
  • Knowledge and experience with criminal justice systems and government procurement process would be preferred
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Understanding company operations
  • Ability to perform at a high level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed, as much as 50% of the time
