About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a varied portfolio of SMB, mid-market, and Enterprise customers across consumer products and services
  • Work with marketers, brand leaders, insight professionals, founders, and C-Suite throughout the customer journey, from onboarding to ongoing touchpoints
  • Support customers in bringing Tracksuit data and insights to life through adoption, activation, and usage
  • Tell stories with data by combining platform knowledge, methodology, brand theory, and business context
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable Product recommendations as the Voice of Customer
  • Build cross-functional relationships with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Solutions
  • Contribute to CS team learning and continuously improve the customer journey and experience
  • Retain and grow accounts through strong customer relationships and value realisation
  • Partner with Growth Account Executives, Product, and Solutions to support CS KPIs and inform the product roadmap, marketing, and enablement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably within the SaaS industry
  • Brand and marketing fluency
  • Data-literate and product-curious; comfortable speaking to data and guiding conversations with dashboards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across executive, user, and technical audiences
  • Commercial experience with GRR/NRR, negotiation, and forecasting
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Subskribe, Notion, and Claude
  • Kind, organised, ambitious, and team-first approach
