About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Transform, streamline, and automate People and Finance operations with an AI-first approach
Review tools, contracts, and processes, and manage cancellations, renegotiations, implementations, and simplifications
Operate existing automations built with Make, Claude, HubSpot, and GitLab, and build new automations
Measure the success of automation projects based on time saved, error reduction, or pipeline generated
Run outbound campaigns targeting key accounts and customers
Help build reporting systems for account management
Contribute to AI-native self-onboarding to reduce customer inquiries and support tickets
Keep company knowledge on positioning, personas, plays, and account maps up to date, and measure its adoption
Work directly with the CEO and Founder, as well as the Chief of Staff and AI Enablement Manager
Support the management team and take ownership of a dedicated area within 12 to 18 months

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with AI or automation, demonstrated through a build that is actively used by others
Initial experience at a startup, scale-up, consulting firm, or VC; internships, working-student roles, or founding your own company also count
Ability to review AI output and explain sources of tool errors
Ability to write clear, concise memos and instructions
Strong numerical skills
Careful handling of confidential information
Native-level German and good English
Commitment to continuous, self-directed learning about AI
Plus: experience in recruiting, People Operations, billing, or Finance Operations; experience running an outbound campaign; Git and Markdown; Python or SQL; HubSpot
