About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute pricing, availability, and restriction strategies across assigned properties as directed by the Area DORM
  • Load and maintain rate codes, packages, promotions, and inventory controls in SynXis CRS, Duetto, and OPERA PMS
  • Monitor daily booking pace, pickup trends, and occupancy patterns, flagging anomalies and opportunities
  • Ensure daily rate parity across all channels
  • Execute need-period and compression strategies
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, including pace, pickup, and production summaries
  • Support rolling forecasts and budget variance analysis
  • Compile competitive rate shopping data and market intelligence
  • Maintain accurate on-the-books data and segment reporting
  • Conduct system audits and resolve configuration, rate parity, and inventory discrepancies
  • Support onboarding of rate plans, packages, and distribution partners
  • Serve as the revenue management point of contact for General Managers and property teams
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing coordinators on promotions, packages, and need-period activations
  • Attend weekly revenue strategy meetings and provide property-level data and updates to the Area DORM
  • Support voice channel and reservations teams with rate availability, restrictions, and upsell guidance
  • Identify property-level trends, competitive shifts, and demand signals affecting the assigned portfolio
  • Share best practices and assist with ad hoc analysis, presentations, and special projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years in hotel revenue management with direct responsibility for pricing, inventory, and channel management
  • Hands-on experience with SynXis CRS, Duetto, and/or OPERA PMS
  • Ability to interpret booking pace, pickup data, and market trends and translate them into actionable property-level recommendations
  • Experience managing OTA, direct, and GDS channels with a working understanding of parity compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously with accuracy and consistency
  • Familiarity with Marriott International or similar brand distribution environments (preferred)
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating clearly with General Managers, property teams, and the Area DORM
