Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of solid professional experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a dynamic environment such as the contact center sector
  • Successfully completed university degree (e.g., law, business administration, or psychology) or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with local or company-wide works councils
  • Excellent German language skills (C2)
  • Confident business English skills (at least B1)
  • Good knowledge of German labor law, payroll tax law, and social security law
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Structured, meticulous, and self-directed approach to work
  • Strong service orientation, communication skills, and team spirit
  • Highly developed consulting, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • High level of empathy and discretion
