About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Consumer Interactive accounts, including Offer Aggregators, Credit Builders, and Commercial customers
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Achieve revenue and retention goals through account planning, consultative selling, renewal management, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Lead customer-facing business reviews, executive meetings, and internal account planning sessions
  • Align customer objectives with TransUnion solutions and drive successful business outcomes
  • Partner with Client Value Executives, Sales, Industry Executives, and cross-functional teams
  • Mitigate account risks, expand product adoption, and support customer retention and growth initiatives
  • Analyze account performance, usage trends, and market opportunities
  • Develop strategic account plans, advocate for customer needs, and maintain accurate CRM and account documentation
  • Report directly to the Sales Director

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, consultative sales, or relationship management
  • Experience managing commercial customer relationships
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time without employer support or sponsorship now or in the future
