About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a strategic analytics partner across Global Fraud Solutions and Communications Solutions
  • Use data and market insights to influence product strategy, innovation, and go-to-market decisions
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify customer needs, emerging fraud trends, product opportunities, and revenue growth areas
  • Evaluate and prioritize high-value market opportunities across business units
  • Research evolving fraud vectors, attack methodologies, and market needs
  • Develop analytical frameworks, proofs of concept, and data-driven recommendations
  • Support design and testing of next-generation fraud solutions, including advanced phone scam detection and prevention pilots
  • Translate complex findings into business recommendations for Product, Sales, Data Science, Engineering, Operations, and Client Success
  • Develop analytical approaches and tools to improve the sales lifecycle and support customer conversations
  • Navigate ambiguous business questions and move initiatives from research through recommendation and execution
  • Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Report to the Senior Director of Solutions Consulting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 8 years of experience in analytics, product analytics, fraud analytics, consulting, data science, strategy, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success translating complex information into actionable business recommendations
  • Experience analyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and support product or commercial decisions
  • Ability to independently structure ambiguous business problems and develop analytical approaches with limited direction
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing technical, product, commercial, and operational stakeholders
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience using large-scale data platforms and analytical tools
  • Experience with Google BigQuery or a comparable cloud-based data and analytics platform preferred
  • Knowledge of fraud prevention, risk analytics, identity solutions, telecommunications, or SaaS environments preferred
  • Experience researching emerging fraud threats and detection/prevention techniques preferred
  • Exposure to product innovation, pilot development, or evaluation of new analytical use cases preferred
  • Experience using analytics for product strategy, go-to-market planning, sales enablement, or revenue growth preferred
