About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee client onboarding, implementation, and operational delivery for a fast-growing lending platform
- Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new Monevo UK clients from contract signature through successful go-live
- Act as the primary delivery lead between clients and internal teams during implementation
- Develop, maintain, and govern onboarding plans, timelines, milestones, and implementation documentation
- Manage the onboarding pipeline and ensure implementations are delivered on time and to agreed quality standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, Data, and Compliance
- Identify, manage, and resolve onboarding risks, issues, and dependencies
- Lead internal and external implementation meetings and steering discussions
- Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted operational contact during onboarding
- Define and continuously improve onboarding processes, governance frameworks, templates, and best practices
- Create and report operational KPIs, onboarding performance metrics, and implementation status updates
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to prioritize client requirements and support successful launches
- Support scalable onboarding capacity, processes, and delivery models as demand grows
- Manage and develop 1–3 Product Operations Analysts through coaching, guidance, and performance support
- Ensure team operational activities are prioritized effectively
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience managing client onboarding, implementation, delivery or operational processes within a technology, fintech or financial services environment
- Experience working within financial services, fintech, credit marketplaces or digital lending environments
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing, lead generation, eligibility or credit decisioning ecosystems
- Experience delivering SaaS, API or platform-based implementations
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and product operating models
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of the credit bureau or consumer lending sectors
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer support or sponsorship now or in the future
