About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop integration solutions using the MuleSoft platform
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and DevOps engineers
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of global system integration solutions
- Define and deliver integration solutions through the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for medium to large projects
- Translate business requirements into optimal API-related solutions and user experiences
- Translate complex technical concepts into high-level designs for development teams
- Work with engineers to plan, design, and develop customer software in an agile environment
- Troubleshoot and solve technical problems
- Participate in integration projects across all lifecycles with geographically dispersed teams
- Improve the software delivery pipeline toward CI/CD
- Report blockers, issues, and risks to the manager
- Play a hands-on role in application design, development, and support
- Contribute to continuous improvement of technical standards and integration best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 8 years software development experience
- 5+ years’ experience in MuleSoft
- Experience designing and developing APIs from specification to implementation in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Experience with Anypoint API Designer, Anypoint Exchange, Anypoint API Portal, and Anypoint Studio
- Experience with security APIs
- Experience in RTF/GCP Solution
- Experience with high volume and high concurrency applications
- Experience navigating medium to large applications
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented design principles
- Strong knowledge of technology and product trends, especially open source, DevOps, and Big Data
- Experience with Git, Artifactory, Maven, Jenkins, Confluence, SonarQube, and Harness is desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
- Ability to communicate technical or architecture concepts simply and adapt to different audiences
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to accommodate different time zones
