About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Driver and Rider applications across mobile and web
- Own the full backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint goals, Definition of Done, and scope trade-offs
- Facilitate or attend lightweight agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Conduct customer interviews and product discovery to identify opportunities and validate solutions
- Use AI tools to accelerate product workflow, research, documentation, prototyping, and mockups
- Partner with Engineering leadership to rebuild delivery trust and show credible modernization progress
- Collaborate with UX/Design throughout discovery and delivery using user research and design rigor
- Apply prioritization frameworks to make roadmap and backlog decisions transparent and defensible
- Balance technical investment with short-term delivery needs, including build-versus-buy-versus-partner decisions
- Identify, track, and manage technical debt
- Define and monitor quality and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Deliver updates and presentations to stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Support go-to-market activities such as positioning, launch planning, and enablement content with Product Marketing and Sales
- Act as product evangelist for the Driver and Rider applications internally and with customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in a B2B product management role for a technology company
- Proven experience owning both mobile and web application products
- Strong track record of full-cycle agile ownership, including story writing, acceptance criteria, ceremony facilitation, and unblocking the team
- Hands-on experience applying structured prioritization frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, and weighted scoring
- Practical, hands-on experience using AI tools for prototyping/mockups and day-to-day product management workflow
- Customer interview and discovery experience strongly preferred
- Transit, transportation, or mobility industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent business acumen and ability to build strong customer and cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Comfortable presenting to influencers, senior executives, and industry audiences
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to travel periodically within North America for customer visits
- In the USA, this job profile is EXEMPT and will be not eligible for paid overtime
