About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help clients achieve operational benefits through the use of software products.
Analyze customers’ business requirements and objectives to develop business processes.
Develop and deliver process diagrams, gap analysis, and functional design documents throughout projects.
Learn the product suite and provide subject matter expertise in Trapeze EAM software and transit industry operations.
Lead consulting, software testing, and training sessions.
Provide implementation and post-implementation support.
Lead and guide the team to ensure projects are completed within expectations.
Work with the Delivery Manager to assign tasks and communicate priorities.
Lead one-on-one sessions, coach team members, and foster career development.
Conduct interviewing, hiring, and dismissal responsibilities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with Enterprise Asset Management software and Public Transit software domain experience strongly preferred.
5+ years of software implementation experience.
2+ years of people management experience.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work as part of a project team.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to work with all levels of individuals in an organization.
