About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gain first-hand experience in property and casualty insurance underwriting
- Complete challenging and meaningful project work
- Complete core assignments focused on insurance underwriting, sales, and marketing
- Work with a designated coach to develop insurance underwriting, sales, and marketing knowledge
- Leverage modern analytical and artificial intelligence tools/platforms
- Apply critical thinking to evaluate the limitations of AI-assisted outputs
- Participate in the Enterprise Internship experience, including executive speaker series, networking events, and the Rising Senior Intern Symposium
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. now and in the future
- Must be pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Liberal Arts with business focus, Management, Marketing, or Risk Management and Insurance
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Positions last approximately 10–12 weeks beginning in late May/early June and ending in mid-August
- Housing assistance is not provided
