About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gain first-hand experience, receive on-the-job training, and learn about the property and casualty insurance industry
- Gather and research pertinent information to evaluate the acceptability of business and institutional risk
- Develop analytical and marketing skills related to underwriting
- Complete challenging and meaningful project work
- Complete core assignments with a designated coach
- Leverage modern analytical and artificial intelligence (AI) tools/platforms while applying critical thinking to evaluate AI-assisted outputs
- Participate in the Enterprise Internship experience, including Executive Speaker Series, Networking events, and Rising Senior Intern Symposium
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. now and in the future
- Pursuing or obtained a Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- Obtained or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Liberal Arts (with business focus preferred), Management, Marketing, Risk Management and Insurance
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Housing assistance is not provided
