About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with business and functional leadership to contribute business architecture rigor, insight, and analysis
  • Contribute to clarification of goals and strategy
  • Help identify internal implications of strategic choices
  • Conduct business capability discovery and analysis of limited scope and complexity
  • Conduct capability assessments of moderate scope and complexity
  • Provide insight and analysis into business and operating model design
  • Monitor traceability and linkage between design and execution planning
  • Support ongoing improvement of the design over time
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of demonstrated business experience in business analysis, process improvement, business transformation, and/or business strategy development within complex organizations and business environments
  • Working knowledge of business analysis, process improvement, business architecture, business transformation, and/or business strategy development
  • General knowledge of business architecture tools and concepts
  • Intermediate leadership, influencing, relationship management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interact with and influence people across organizational levels and business and IT areas
  • Ability to facilitate negotiations toward practical solutions
  • Ability to work independently, as a team member, and as a team lead
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations
  • Ability to organize work efficiently, accommodate shifting priorities, and meet aggressive timelines
