About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team to deliver capabilities and solutions in an agile way
- Decide backlog priorities and sequencing for the producer management platform, including AI assistant products
- Influence product direction with business partners and domain product owners
- Recommend investments and cross-domain trade-offs to the Tech Circle Lead
- Own and maintain the product vision and roadmap
- Build understanding of business operations and objectives
- Explore new capabilities, including AI, with business partners
- Shape shared needs into clear features and support adoption after launch
- Shape conversational AI experiences for agents and support teams
- Identify agentic workflows for routine, multi-step work
- Identify AI opportunities in platform integrations and data flows
- Partner with engineering on design choices, guardrails, and production readiness
- Write and refine epics and features with outcomes and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master and engineering on planning, trade-offs, and delivery
- Define and measure success
- Build relationships with business partners, domain product owners, engineering, platform engineering, experience design, and architecture
- Communicate product direction, progress, and risk to business and technology leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Six or more years of experience in Agile product management
- Two years of work experience within the discipline being supported
- Three years of experience articulating and translating business strategy, product vision, and analysis for a product
- Product leadership on conversational AI experiences or agentic workflows
- Applying AI beyond the user interface, including integrations and data flows
- Platform product thinking across multiple capabilities and user groups
- Working with technical teams on design trade-offs, guardrails, and production readiness
- Data-informed decisions and outcome measurement
- Insurance distribution, producer licensing, or onboarding experience
- Three years of work experience in related field
- Three years of experience motivating/influencing teams
