About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team delivering capabilities and solutions in an agile way
Lead work on emerging Property capabilities, including aerial imagery and other new data sources for risk insights
Act as the end-user voice for a cross-functional team
Define, prioritize, refine, and maintain a ready product backlog
Accept final product output against defined acceptance criteria
Manage deliverables, capabilities, experimentation, performance measurement, and the roadmap
Translate business strategies and needs into execution-ready Agile team work
Define and communicate team goals and strategy aligned with circle and value stream vision
Seek customer feedback and ensure requirements are clearly defined
Make trade-off decisions to maximize value
Set objectives and KPIs to optimize value flow
Participate in business readiness, change adoption, and resistance mitigation
Provide work-in-progress feedback, clarify requirements, remove impediments, and improve processes
Partner with leaders and peers to determine resources needed for business outcomes
Share best practices across teams
Foster an innovative, inclusive, diverse, collaborative, and self-organizing team environment
May manage Agile Product Owners
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Two years of experience in Agile product management
Two years of work experience within the supported discipline
Three years of experience articulating and translating business strategy, product vision, and analysis for a product
Three years of work experience in a related field
Three years of experience motivating/influencing teams
Agile mindset and knowledge of Agile core values, principles, practices, and methodologies
Product mindset focused on product value propositions aligned with circle/value stream objectives
Ability to influence leaders at all levels without traditional hierarchy
Servant leadership approach
Effective communication at all levels, adjusted to the target audience
Expertise working in a cross-functional, multi-team environment
Commitment to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and team development
