About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic leadership direction, broad oversight, and implementation of Finance & Accounting and Human Resources Leadership Development Programs
  • Work with the Program Operating Committee and potentially Senior Leadership Sponsor Boards to set program direction and execute strategy
  • Lead a team of Program Participants and one Program Manager
  • Develop recruitment and intern program strategies, including selection, placement, performance management, compensation planning, and participant and intern development
  • Develop rotational assignments and placements with business leadership to provide cross-business exposure and development opportunities
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
  • Develop and execute planning to build a diverse pool of leadership talent
  • Counsel management on development processes and development plans
  • Coach and develop program participants, including talent calibration, performance management, and compensation
  • Create, define, review, and revise best-practice policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6 years of experience with developmental programs
  • 6 years of professional experience working in Leadership Development or related business experience
  • People leadership experience
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Detail oriented
  • Proven high degree of accuracy
  • Well organized
