  • Underwrite and assess risk for contract surety bonds and bonding facilities
  • Analyze and interpret financial statements and forecast future performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree with a business discipline specialization in finance, accounting or economics
  • Enrollment in the Associateship in Canadian Surety Bonding (ACSB) program
  • Ability to analyze financial information and assess contractor and related-company risk
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements and forecast future performance
  • Ability to understand contractor operations, experience and business plans
  • Ability to underwrite contract surety bonds and bonding facilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers, clients, colleagues and other associates
  • Ability to provide superior customer service
  • Ability to participate in industry functions and network with stakeholders
