About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review server and application performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, address issues, and improve efficiency
  • Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve business-impacting incidents across engineering teams and lines of business
  • Participate in 24/7 critical application support, including after-hours and weekend work
  • Plan at an operational level and design and develop technology solutions
  • Interface with customers, management, and technical resources
  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions
  • Provide production support for Web Access Management services including SiteMinder, Access Gateway, Okta, Profile Abstraction data provisioning, and SSO certificate renewal
  • Provide production support for Identity Management services including SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint nightly batch process checkout, and MFA
  • Set up and support Autosys batch jobs
  • Coordinate with teams through continuous follow-ups to close open issues
  • Set up changes, resolve incidents, investigate problems, and complete service requests for IAM services
  • Coordinate and communicate lines-of-business-impacting changes at cross-LOB meetings
  • Implement changes during application change windows while adhering to ECRM guidelines
  • Participate in critical application on-call support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, similar degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 4 years of experience in Information Technology Security Engineering or Software Engineering
  • Working experience with Identity & Access Management, including Okta SSO and SailPoint ISC
  • Working experience with server administration and remote administration tools
  • Knowledge of Unix and Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of SQL and SQL commands
  • Knowledge of LDAP server installation, configuration, and directory support
  • Knowledge of F5 load balancers, DNS, DHCP, and IP configuration
  • Knowledge of server service monitoring
  • Working experience with Active Directory/AD LDS and Azure
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience with AI
  • Scripting knowledge such as Perl, Shell, PowerShell, or other scripting languages
  • Ability to work off hours and weekends
  • Participation in nights and weekends critical applications on-call support
  • Ability to learn new skills
