About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact between the Personal Insurance Experience Management team and Auto product partners
  • Bring the customer voice into product decisions by analyzing research, feedback, and performance data
  • Translate customer insight into recommendations that advance Product and Experience Objectives & Key Results
  • Apply human-centered design principles to shape Auto product experiences
  • Analyze Auto industry trends, customer research, feedback, and product performance data to identify experience pain points and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the Auto product, roadmap, priorities, and improvement opportunities
  • Build and maintain journey maps and other customer-experience artifacts
  • Represent the customer perspective in recurring Auto product forums
  • Collaborate with Experience Design, Research, Marketing, Operations, and Analytics teams
  • Support chapter-level and product-specific OKRs, identify solutions, and monitor effectiveness
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Five years of experience in experience management, market research, user experience design, or experience analytics
  • Four years of experience in a related experience management, market research, user experience design, or experience analytics environment
  • Experience management mindset and knowledge of methodologies, with ability to apply them in the insurance industry
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret trends and provide insight
  • General knowledge of supported business-function processes and technology use
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion
  • Excellent relationship-building skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external partners
