About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of accountability to business partners and other parties for managing and implementing small to medium-sized projects and/or small programs
- Drive business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of outcomes supporting SC strategic objectives and goals
- Control project planning and execution activities and resources to meet cost, time, and quality goals
- Apply project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems
- Operate within defined parameters using a proven Project Management Methodology and merge methodologies when needed
- Manage team development and mentor members of the project management community
- Work with the Strategy, Planning, and Execution team and Small Commercial teams on strategic opportunities and project/communication plans
- Drive initiative shaping and roadmap development for assigned projects/programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5 years of project management experience
- Experience managing others and/or project teams
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of project management experience
- Ability to work within defined parameters using a proven Project Management Methodology
- Project Management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques
