Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and operationalize data solutions
  • Correct problems, apply transformations, and recommend data cleansing and quality solutions
  • Participate in the design of data solutions
  • Analyze data sources to determine value and recommend data for analytical processes
  • Incorporate data governance, data security, and data quality practices
  • Collaborate with teams and business users to support delivery
  • Educate end users on data products and the analytics environment
  • Perform data and system analysis, assessment, and resolution for moderate-complexity defects and incidents

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related STEM field, or equivalent in education and/or work experience
  • Five years of related experience
  • One additional year of software/data engineering experience
  • Experience with OpenAI and AWS Bedrock
  • Skills in Python, SQL, AWS, and Databricks
  • Terraform expertise
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms, programming languages, data manipulation, and software engineering practices
  • Knowledge of data governance, data security, and data quality
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and immediate systems
  • Debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate leadership skills and self-motivation
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
