About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver excellence in customer service and achieve individual KPIs/targets
- Maximize sales and promote Travelex's travel money product range to all customers
- Embrace the digital mindset via social media, including Google reviews, Facebook, and Instagram
- Monitor stock levels and fully investigate and report overs and shorts (differences)
- Comply with all company and location policies and procedures, including legal requirements
- Represent the Travelex brand and provide customer service throughout customers' travel journeys
- Own the Travelex store experience and exceed customer expectations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for Travel and positive can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal communication and written comprehension skills
- Able to work independently and as a member of a team
- Enjoys working with numbers and detail in a structured environment
- Retail, cash-handling, and/or banking experience is desirable (but not essential)
- Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detail
- Strong record of performance delivery through increased sales and/or performance against KPIs
- Ability to build and manage relationships across all levels, internally and externally
- Ability to work the specified Saturday and Sunday roster: 0900–1900
