About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver excellence in customer service and achieve individual KPIs/targets
Maximize sales and promote to all customers the Travelex product range
Embrace the digital mindset via social media, including Google reviews, Facebook, and Instagram
Monitor stock levels and fully investigate overs and shorts (differences) and report
Comply with all company and location policies and procedures, including legal requirements
Represent the Travelex brand as the face of the company
Promote travel money products and exceed customer expectations
Own and operate the Travelex store

Requirements

What you’ll need

Passion for Travel and positive can-do attitude
Excellent verbal communication and written comprehension skills
Able to work independently and as a member of a team
Enjoys working with numbers and detail in a structured environment
Retail, cash-handling, and/or banking experience is desirable (but not essential)
Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detail
A strong record of performance delivery through increased sales and/or performance against KPIs
Ability to build and manage relationships across all levels, internally and externally
