About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a smaller book of client accounts and follow a pre-, during-, and post-meeting rhythm
- Pull and analyze performance data in Track Insights across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and related channels
- Build monthly report decks and flag insights
- Lead recurring client meetings and present performance data and results
- Follow up on action items with the internal execution team, ad creators, content writers, and website support
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and support Zendesk ticket resolution
- Shadow Customer Success Managers on Quarterly Business Reviews and contribute slides
- Flag delays, confusion, or negative feedback to the team lead
- Support renewals and upsells alongside the Customer Account Executive team
- Track ROI and KPIs including cost per acquisition, click-through rate, and return on ad spend
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including Paid Search (Google/Bing), Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, Salesforce, email marketing, conversion optimization, and SEO
- Comfortable using AI tools like Claude to speed up data analysis, report drafting, and research
- Willingness to travel as needed to support client relationships
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry (nice to have)
- Experience presenting performance data or reporting results directly to clients (nice to have)
