About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer and continuously improve Salesforce objects, automation, validation rules, and data quality
  • Manage integration health across the GTM tool stack and resolve sync errors and validation conflicts
  • Maintain and improve reporting infrastructure and dashboards for sales leadership and executives
  • Build and maintain pipeline, forecast, capacity, and performance models and dashboards
  • Prepare board- and leadership-level pipeline and forecast materials
  • Analyze funnel and representative performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Build analytics supporting GTM decisions, including pipeline dashboards, cohort analyses, and efficiency metrics
  • Establish standards for analyzing regional pipeline health, win/loss trends, and representative productivity
  • Partner with field leadership to diagnose business gaps and drive structured action plans
  • Design and document cross-functional processes and swim lanes across Sales, Marketing Operations, and Finance Operations
  • Support go-to-market planning, including territory design, account segmentation, and capacity/headcount modeling
  • Design coverage models aligned to two-year growth projections
  • Set perspectives on competitive dynamics, regional expansion priorities, and whitespace opportunities
  • Support sales compensation plan design and administration, including quotas, commission structures, and SPIFFs
  • Resolve compensation questions and disputes with clear, data-backed answers
  • Use AI tools such as Claude to automate analysis and reporting, draft process documentation, and prototype solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
  • Deep hands-on Salesforce expertise, including administration, automation, and reporting
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience building forecast, capacity, or compensation models
  • Ability to work independently across ambiguous, cross-functional problems and drive them to resolution
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting analysis and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Experience with a modern GTM stack, including Salesforce and tools such as Clay, Clari, Gong, or Apollo
  • Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup is nice to have
  • Exposure to enterprise or strategic sales motions and long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals is nice to have
  • Ability to design and run structured experiments for new GTM approaches is nice to have
  • Must answer whether visa sponsorship is required to work in the United States
