About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Diagnose and resolve complex, non-standard support tickets and Q2I system errors escalated by the L1 team
  • Structure, facilitate, and approve smaller deals during peak periods
  • Clear roadblocks in order booking, Quoting, Deal Desk, and Order Management workflows
  • Apply Q2I policies, practices, and procedures to daily workflows
  • Partner with Sales, Systems Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Finance, and Premium Deal Partners
  • Own requests from initiation through resolution
  • Establish collaborative working relationships across internal departments
  • Identify and inform management of urgent potential roadblocks
  • Build technical aptitude, process knowledge, and problem-solving skills
  • Align daily tasks with department business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • Prior work experience in data operations, customer/sales support preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills, including Google Apps
  • Prior experience in Salesforce, CPQ, SAP or similar business applications
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Prioritization, attention to detail and task management skills
  • Ability to work at the Frisco, TX office 2 days every week
