About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers and prospects through evaluation, adoption, and expansion of the cybersecurity platform
Develop understanding of customer goals, challenges, and security requirements to align platform capabilities with outcomes
Lead demos, presentations, and technical storytelling for technical and executive audiences
Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic partners
Represent the company at industry events, panels, webinars, and field engagements
Develop enablement content, demos, videos, architectural diagrams, and training assets
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success
Provide product feedback and innovation insights to Product Management
Lead and support Proofs of Concept demonstrating technical and business value
Maintain knowledge of platform capabilities, beta features, enhancements, and cybersecurity best practices
Travel within the U.S. for customer engagements, industry events, partner meetings, and strategic field initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, networking, systems engineering, or related technical fields
5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales roles
Proven experience working with technical decision-makers and executives in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Broad technical acumen across cybersecurity, cloud architecture, networking, AI, risk visibility, and IT modernization
Experience designing/architecting solutions in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-native environments
Ability to rapidly learn modern technologies and thrive in a fast-evolving cybersecurity landscape
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives
Proven experience and passion for public speaking, live demos, and customer education
Preferred certifications: CISSP, CEH, CCSP, Security+, CySA+, CISM, CISA, or other ISACA certifications; AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect; Kubernetes, DevOps, or Cloud Security specialization certifications
