About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support sellers in managing daily marketplace operations and meeting customer expectations
- Communicate regularly with sellers, providing guidance and resolving operational issues
- Monitor seller performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support achievement of KPIs
- Assist sellers in understanding marketplace processes, new projects, and operational requirements
- Coordinate with Category Management, Customer Experience, and logistics partners to resolve seller-related issues
- Support initiatives focused on improving ticket resolution, same-day shipment, and delivery performance
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
- Support sellers, improve performance, resolve operational challenges, improve processes, and contribute to marketplace growth at Trendyol
Requirements
What you’ll need- Recent graduate in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent Arabic and English speaker with the ability to communicate effectively with sellers
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders
