About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare, organize, and manually key a high volume of electronic invoices accurately
  • Maintain a low error rate for each program
  • Follow standardized processes to ensure data integrity and security
  • Meet or exceed program-specific SLA and SLS performance requirements
  • Multitask across programs and platforms while managing competing priorities
  • Contribute to process improvement and team adaptability
  • Respond to questions and offer assistance where needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant customer support or operational experience, or a combination of education and experience suited to the role
  • At least one year of data entry experience preferred; training will be provided to the right candidate
  • Ability to remain focused and productive while performing highly repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a low error rate
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and priorities effectively
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Coachable and open to feedback for continuous improvement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate a typical office environment and perform job responsibilities consistently during scheduled hours
  • Adherence to company policies related to data handling, security, and compliance
