About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead execution and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional transformation and process improvement projects sponsored by Operational Excellence leadership
- Translate strategic initiatives into detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resourcing plans
- Manage multiple large-scale initiatives concurrently while balancing competing timelines and stakeholder demands
- Maintain project governance artifacts, including RAID logs, status reports, and portfolio tracking
- Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies
- Shape business cases, success metrics, and delivery plans with Operations Strategy & Transformation leadership
- Lead process design, mapping, and optimization work
- Build KPIs, dashboards, business cases, and ROI analyses
- Drive stakeholder adoption of new processes, tools, and operating models through change management
- Partner with IT and automation teams on AI, RPA, and Data & Analytics process enhancements
- Present project status, risks, and outcomes to Governance and senior leadership
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-7 years of experience in project/program management, business process improvement, or operations
- Experience leading large, cross-functional transformation projects
- Strong project and program management skills
- Proficiency with project management and process improvement frameworks, including Microsoft Project, Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile
- Advanced data analysis skills
- Executive-level communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking aligned with overall business goals
- Change management expertise
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple large-scale initiatives with competing priorities
