About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full cycle of event planning and execution for conferences, Trexo roadshows, clinic partnerships, trials, and larger events
- Build and manage Trexo’s event calendar, including where, when, and how events are deployed for maximum market impact
- Coordinate event logistics including scheduling, travel, setup, materials, and operational execution
- Partner with clinics, hospitals, and community organizations to secure event locations and build long-term hosting relationships
- Coordinate participant scheduling and management for Trexo device trials during events
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to maximize attendance, awareness, and lead generation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and leadership teams to align event goals with company growth objectives
- Track attendance, lead quality, conversion, ROI, and strategic impact
- Continuously improve event strategy based on performance data and market opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, field marketing, or similar roles
- Proven success managing end-to-end events independently, including larger multi-stakeholder events
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience building partnerships with external organizations such as clinics, healthcare providers, or community groups
- Strong promotional and marketing execution skills across digital and offline channels
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, logistics, and ROI analysis
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a growing, mission-driven organization
- Willingness to travel as needed for events
- Experience managing website updates for event promotion
- Graphic design skills for brochures, promotional materials, and event collateral
- Experience with CRM systems, event analytics, or marketing automation tools
- Background in healthcare, medical devices, rehabilitation, or pediatric-focused industries
- Must already have the legal right to work in the location they are applying for
